A Hollo Homecoming

Here’s the Chamberlain’s Jerry Berger Celebrity Review of the gala Hollo Girls homecoming reunion – Moone Athy, Memorial Day 2012. We had splendid weather, delicious food, and a wonderful turnout. A few candids for the clan follow:

As always, apologies to those not (or poorly) memorialized on our pages*. Anyone not fortunate enough to RSVP while space remained was given a consolation pass to Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee Celebration – not to fret, better luck next year. And just to rub it in, we had much better weather!

Thanks to Sarah Hollo, Anne Dollimore, Anne Easthope and Molly Wynn Owen for sponsoring this outing, and a special hat tip to the indefatigable clean-up queen, Sarah Fehlig.

Addendum:The gathering provided some priceless moments. We witnessed, for example, some of Alicia Wynn Owen’s earliest steps. At another point, Charlie Halcomb (newly 4) when asked what he would like for his birthday, replied: “One of those plastic things you can buy things with…..”

Perhaps we should have a quip contest ???

*The most egregious omission – Henry Easthope. I scoured the photos for images of himself with no success. Any photos of Henry at The Event will be included immediately in this posting so please see what you can do to rectify this…

  1. Now that’s high living! So sorry the Cromie clan missed a chance to see the Fabulous Hollo girls live and in person. Hope to see everyone soon.

  2. We sure loved seeing everyone (and missed those who weren’t there)! Thank you Uncle Bob for such a gorgeous recap of the day.

  3. Molly, it is my pleasure – it was truly delightful to visit with you, Gareth and the Easthopes. We must do it more frequently!
