A couple more culinary queries:
Is is safe to assume that a Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect companion to a leg of goat?
Would a “Delice du Calvados” or a “Coeur de Neufchatel” be “le fromage de choix” to serve as an appetizer preceding a goat shish kabob?
Are the floppy ears edible?
