The maple sap is flowing and the snow drops (thanks to Ray and Alicia Salter) are blooming in Augusta. We hope to have a good maple syrup harvest this year. Jack and Claire McClelland have been big helpers in sap collection!

Hello All!
After faint rumblings about a family blog, it’s finally happened. Several (Jenny Quick and Ray Salter among others) have discussed this possibility and it’s high time that the Chambers clan joins the 21st century. What better way to keep abreast of the diaspora. And an ideal way for the ‘outlaws’ to have an unfettered say too. It is hoped that everyone will ‘jump in’.
Three ways to proceed:
1) To merely read postings, simply come here – www.ourrumpus.com . But you already know that…
2) To comment on a posting or participate in discussions about a posting, there is a comment box at the end of each post – login and have at it!
3) To write postings like this one click the ‘login’ link at our site, then select the ‘write post ‘ option. When done, press the ‘Publish’ button, and, voila, you’ve done it.
In order to prevent intruders and spam comments on our site, you’ll need a login ID and a password. Email me at rcdunnii@gmail.com to get these .
Hope you will make this a success!
Cheers
Bob
Addendum: Some may not know that Chambers’ Chambers is the name given by Uncle Polky to the family ancestral home at 4969 Pershing. It was built by Sarah Walsh Chambers for her son Joseph and his wife Delphine.
